HEROMA
Heroma was a young woman who one day fell for the king's son and the son for her. Heromas blood was not blue and the king became furious over what happened. Time went by and the couple went on in secret to meet, this made the king furious, and he let royal court most powerful witch cast a curse on Heroma in hopes that this would violate their love.
Heroma were driven away from the kingdom, and far out to sea, where the transformation began. She was now condemned to live her life as half woman and half rattlesnake.
As soon Heroma moved let ,her rattle would sound and all who heard the sound turned to sand. If anyone should happen to come near her they were transformed into sand when they heard her sound.
She was now forced to live his life in solitude in a landscape of water and sand with only the memory of her love for the prince , for he could never come near her again.

The story is from my imagination. I wanted a story behind the painting so that its not just going to be a girl wiht a rattlesnaketail.
